Day 1: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City
Meet & greet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. At leisure (optional Cu Chi Tunnels on request).

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City Tour
Central Post Office, Opera House, Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, and Ben Thanh Market. Vietnamese lunch with demo at Mandarin Restaurant. Afternoon cyclo through Chinatown: Cha Tam Church, Chua Ong Pagoda, herbal-medicine street. Sunset drink at Bitexco EON Cafe; return to hotel.

Day 3: Cooking Class in Saigon
Shop ingredients with your chef at Ben Thanh Market, then hands-on class at Mai Home (fresh spring rolls, claypot, etc.). Enjoy your own creations for lunch.

Day 4: Mekong Delta – Le Jarai Cruise
Drive to Ben Tre; boat through canals, visit brick kiln and coconut processing. Board the teak boat Le Jarai for a live cooking demo and 3-course Mekong lunch. Cruise back and drive to Saigon.

Day 5: Fly to Danang – Transfer to Hoi An
Arrive Hoi An, a beautifully restored trading port. Evening at leisure along the lantern-lit riverside.

Market visit and river cruise to Red Bridge Cooking School; herb garden tour and informal class featuring Hoi An specialties such as Cao Lau & Mi Quang. Free evening to wander and float lanterns.

Day 8: Hue – Fly to Hanoi
Visit Emperor Minh Mang’s Mausoleum and surrounding complexes. Fly to Hanoi; dinner at a classic restaurant featuring Cha Ca (turmeric-dill grilled fish).

Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside or inside per schedule), Temple of Literature, lunch at Home Restaurant (Truc Bach). Guided walk through the 36 streets of the Old Quarter, Ngoc Son Temple, and Water Puppet show.
