Day 1: Luang Prabang - Oudomxay Province

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in Luang Prabang before embarking on a scenic drive to Oudomxay Province. The remote region boasts spectacular, untouched natural scenery and is home to different ethnic groups, making it one of the most captivating and culturally-diverse destinations in the country. On the way, stop at a local market where different ethnic groups trade their goods. Next, enjoy lunch before continuing the journey further into the mountains of Northern Laos. Upon arrival, check into the Nam Kat Yorla Pa Eco-Resort. Set in a protected forestry area amidst mountains, jungle and the Nam Kat River, the gorgeous resort provides sustainable tourism services, encouraging responsible travel. Enjoy the rest of the day at this tranquil oasis; soak up the peaceful atmosphere, listen to calming sounds of the river, relax by the swimming pools and enjoy dinner on the riverbanks.

Day 2: Oudomxay Province

Wake up in the serenity of the surrounding countryside and begin the day with a laid-back breakfast at the resort. Walk to the Information Centre and take a short drive to Nam Kat Waterfall, the starting point of a marvellous hike through the pristine jungle. Spot different plants and animals, climb over big boulders and admire the famous Giant Trees along the way. Back at the car park, head to the entrance of the waterfall and embark on a thrilling, one-kilometre ziplining adventure. Observe the rainforest from above whilst climbing along 18 zip lines and navigating past flying bridges and many other obstacles. With a pounding heart, abseil at the entrance and drive back to the Information Centre. Spend the rest of the day relaxing after this exciting outdoor adventure.

Day 3: Oudomxay Province - Luang Prabang

Enjoy one last morning eating breakfast in the midst of the peaceful countryside before packing up and driving back to Luang Prabang.
