Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
Pick up at Hanoi airport, transfer to hotel (~30 min). Evening welcome dinner and bike collection.

Day 2: Hanoi – Mai Chau (B, L, D)
Visit Ho Chi Minh Trail Museum, then ride through rural roads and limestone mountains. Cross two passes to reach Mai Chau Valley. Overnight Thai stilt house with cultural show. ~140 km.

Day 3: Mai Chau (B, L, D)
Ride to the high plateau north of Mai Chau, visiting Hmong and Dao villages. Evening traditional performance (if available). Overnight in long house. ~80 km.

Day 4: Mai Chau – Vinh (B, L, D)
Ride south crossing the Ma River and joining the Ho Chi Minh Highway near the Laos border. Head east to coastal city of Vinh, birthplace of Ho Chi Minh. Overnight stay. ~295 km.

Day 5: Vinh – Phong Nha (B, L, D)
Continue south on Highway 1 then ride the new Ho Chi Minh Highway. Afternoon visit to UNESCO-listed Phong Nha Cave with magnificent karst formations.

Day 6: Phong Nha – Khe Sanh (B, L, D)
Ride through lush foothills towards the DMZ. Visit Vinh Moc Tunnels, where entire villages lived underground during the war. Stunning Ho Chi Minh Trail section. Overnight in Khe Sanh.

Day 7: Khe Sanh – DMZ – Hue (B, L, D)
Visit Khe Sanh museum, cross Da Krong Bridge into A Shau Valley. Pass Hamburger Hill and barren mountains before descending Me Oi Pass to reach historic Hue. Overnight in Hue.

Day 8: Hue Exploration (B, L, D)
Full day exploring Hue: Imperial Citadel, emperors’ tombs, Thien Mu Pagoda. Learn about Hue’s role in the Tet Offensive of 1968. ~60 km local ride.

Day 9: Hue – Hai Van Pass – Hoi An (B, L, D)
Morning ride through coastal paddies to Lang Co fishing village, then conquer the spectacular Hai Van Pass. Continue to Hoi An, UNESCO-listed Old Town. ~160 km.

Day 10: Hoi An Free Day (B)
Enjoy a free day in Hoi An – tailor shops, beaches, cycling, photography, or cooking class.

Another day at leisure in Hoi An – explore the Old Town or relax on Cua Dai beach.

Transfer to Da Nang airport: 3 hrs before international / 2 hrs before domestic flights. Tour ends.
